Use of the website

The proposed terms permit ordinary browsing and linking. They would prohibit attempts to disrupt the site, bypass access controls or misuse another person’s information, subject to legal review.

Future storage service

Before offering storage, separate terms must address ownership and authorised processing of files, acceptable use, quotas and occupied-space accounting, retention and deletion, billing and cancellation, recovery, service availability, account closure and lawful requests. Those terms must preserve applicable consumer rights.
